Antique Alliance is a curated marketplace that facilitates direct transactions between buyers and independent sellers, including collectors, dealers, estates, and institutions.

Because each object is unique and each seller may have different terms, return policies may vary by listing or seller.

Unless otherwise stated in writing before purchase, buyers should assume that sales are final.

If a seller permits returns, the applicable return period, condition requirements, shipping responsibilities, and any other terms should be agreed upon before the transaction is completed.

Antique Alliance encourages buyers to:

• Review all photographs and descriptions carefully

• Request additional condition information when needed

• Ask questions regarding restoration, provenance, dimensions, or authenticity before purchasing

• Confirm return terms directly with the seller before payment

Any approved return should generally be returned in the same condition in which the object was received.

Shipping, packing, insurance, and return transportation costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Antique Alliance may assist with communication between buyer and seller when appropriate, but transactions remain between the parties involved.

Antique Alliance connects buyers directly with collectors, dealers, estates, institutions, and other approved sellers (BASED ON SELLER AGREEMENT).

Unless otherwise specified, buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping, packing, insurance, delivery, or pickup.

Sellers may offer recommended shipping providers or assist in coordinating transportation when available.

Because antiques, fine art, clocks, furniture, and decorative objects can require specialized handling, Antique Alliance strongly recommends using experienced professional shippers for fragile, valuable, oversized, or historically significant objects.

Before completing a purchase, buyers and sellers should confirm:

• Pickup location

• Packing requirements

• Shipping method

• Transportation cost

• Insurance coverage

• Delivery timeframe

• Responsibility for arranging shipment

Antique Alliance may provide suggested shipping resources as a convenience but does not guarantee the performance of independent shipping providers.

Risk of loss and transfer of responsibility should be agreed upon between buyer and seller before shipment.

Local pickup may be available for some objects.

Unless otherwise indicated, asking prices are established by the seller.

Some objects may be listed as Price Upon Request.

Buyers may inquire regarding availability and purchase terms.

Payment arrangements are determined by the seller and buyer.

Preferred forms of payment may include:

• Bank wire

• Cash

• Good check

• Other mutually agreed forms of payment

Certain sellers may accept credit cards or other payment methods at their discretion.

Any applicable processing charges or payment conditions should be disclosed before purchase.

Antiques and works of art commonly exhibit wear, restoration, alterations, repairs, or other characteristics consistent with age and use.

Unless otherwise stated, the transaction is completed directly between buyer and seller.

Antique Alliance currently does not charge a traditional buyer's premium or seller's commission on approved transactions.
